At the Zannos Melathron, food and wine are considered to be a ritual
that must be treated with absolute respect. The multifarious Breakfast,
offered between 08:00 and 11:00, can be served either at the lounge -
veranda or at your suite.
The delicatessen Lounge Menu, offered between 13:00 and 23:00, comprises
of a selection of international delicacies that can be served at the
place of your preference. La Petite Carte is a small selection of dishes
available from 17:00 to 19:30, while the Night Menu is another selection
of snacks, drinks and coffees that is served from 23:00 to 08:00. In
addition, in the old dining room of the mansion a candle light private
dinner for 2 to 6 persons, upon request can be organised.
In the Zannos' cava guests will find a full selection of the world's
most famous and Greece's finest wines, including a special Zannos
Santorini wine from Zannos' own vineyards. A taste of the nectar, that
the ancient Gods drank, will be tingling your mouth while listening to
classical music and opera from the early afternoon till midnight. Vinho
verde or tart red wine, it is your choice. Try not to miss the
ceremonial Wine Tasting, which is an opportunity to taste 8 different
wines of the island of Santorini.
Afterwards, guests may continue this indulgence by
tasting the selection of Russian Caviar and Cigars Menu in the Cigar
Lounge.
On a lower patio of the villa guests will find a unique pool that is
carved in the stone offering a natural luxury. It is all going
"swimmingly" facing the blue sea, the whitewashed villas and
the course of the sun. There guests will be able to enjoy the view. And
the silence.
The special pool service, apart from providing deck chairs and
umbrellas, will also serve cooling drinks, fresh juices and exotic
cocktails, at any time of the day, from 08:00 to 20:00.
